The Yard by SunDEX is a community recreation and wellness hub in Port Richey, Florida, bringing people together to move, create, work, and connect. Whether you’re enjoying a game of racquetball or pickleball, using our content and meeting studio, or spending time with friends, The Yard offers a welcoming place for fitness, recreation, and social connection. We’re building a destination where an active lifestyle and community go hand in hand—with an upcoming dog park and outdoor gathering space designed to make room for four-legged family members, too. Located in the heart of Pasco County, The Yard is growing in phases, with new spaces and experiences on the way.
